The Pioneer Fire Protection District Board of Diretors will be accepting resumes to fill the remaining term of 2 vacated positions.
Appointment 1 will serve until December 7, 2018
Appointment 2 will serve until December 4, 2020
Both positions will be on the November 2018 ballot
The Board can approve an appointee to fill the term at their Regular Meetings allowable by Government Code §1780.
Interested registered voters and residents of the Pioneer Fire Protection District can apply by sending a resume and letter of interest to the District office. Resumes must be received no later than January 3rd at 1:00 pm.
Resumes may be mailed to the District office at P.O. Box 128, Somerset, CA 95684, emailed to admin@pioneerfire.org or dropped off at the district office:
7061 Mount Aukum Rd. Somerset Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday 9:00 am to 1:00pm.
Candidates will then be interviewed publicly at the January 9, 2018 regularly scheduled Board Meeting at the District Office, located at 7061 Mt. Aukum Rd, Somerset, CA.
