Thank you to all El Dorado County voters who turned out to vote in Tuesday’s primary election.  While the final vote tally on election night showed us slightly above 50% in this three-way race, there are reportedly about 23,000 ballots countywide remaining to be counted.  The Elections Department is working diligently to verify and count the outstanding ballots.  We will update you as new information becomes available.
                
Colleen and I are grateful for the tireless efforts of volunteers and kind words of endorsement from our many supporters during the campaign.
