[Placerville Calif, El Dorado County Sheriff's Office, 3/25/21]

In January of 2021, the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible stalking case in the 3000-block of Oxford Road in Cameron Park. The case was turned over to Detectives for further investigation.

Video surveillance from the incident was shared via Facebook which led to many victims reporting cases with very similar circumstances.  The reports ultimately led to a variety of surveillance videos capturing the same subject at various residences within the area of Cameron Park.

On the morning of 03/25/2021, Detectives arrested Darren Duncan for an unrelated outstanding felony warrant. Darren was then transported to the Sheriff's office for questioning. During one of the incidents, a tattoo was captured on the right forearm of the suspect via video surveillance. The tattoo captured was a direct match to Darren's right forearm. Darren is currently being charged with 3 counts of peeping.
