Cafe C in the El Dorado Hills Town Center had its final day of business on Saturday. Chef and owner Yvan Chalaye is retiring.
Chalaye had a presence in the El Dorado Hills Town Center for about 13 years. He initially operated Cafe Campanile, which was across from Bistro 33.
